Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Web Entertainment Limited (“WEL,” “we,” “us” or “our”), the operator of AEHEA.com. By accessing or using AEHEA, you agree to these terms and the linked Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You may use AEHEA only if you can lawfully enter this agreement where you live. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
What AEHEA provides
AEHEA is an informational browser-game catalog. It offers category pages, search, editorial game profiles, artwork previews, descriptive details and links to identified third-party destinations. AEHEA may add, revise, reorder or remove features and listings as the catalog evolves.
A profile is intended to help with discovery. It is not a promise that a game will remain available, work on every device or match every tag or description indefinitely.
Games and external destinations
AEHEA does not host the playable games. The primary play buttons lead to dedicated pages on Y8. A destination may have its own terms, privacy notice, cookies, accounts, purchases, advertising or community features. Review those rules before using that service.
WEL does not guarantee third-party content, availability, security or suitability merely because AEHEA links to it. You are responsible for deciding whether to visit and use an external destination.
Accounts, age and supervision
Browsing AEHEA does not require a AEHEA account. If you choose to sign in, register or participate on Y8, that relationship is handled under Y8’s terms and account controls.
You must be at least 13 to use AEHEA. If the law where you live requires parental permission or a higher minimum age, you may use the service only with that permission and in compliance with that requirement. Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise younger users’ internet activity.
Acceptable use
You may use AEHEA for lawful personal browsing. You must not interfere with the service or another visitor’s access; attempt unauthorized entry; introduce malware; evade access, rate or security controls; impersonate another person; use the site for fraud; or copy and republish substantial parts of the catalog as a competing service.
Automated access requires prior written permission unless it is limited to ordinary public-search indexing that respects published technical directives and does not burden the service.
Intellectual property
The AEHEA interface, branding, original editorial material and site code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Unless a separate notice says otherwise, these terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Game titles, screenshots, artwork, logos and trademarks may belong to their respective developers, publishers or other owners. Their appearance in a discovery profile does not transfer ownership to AEHEA or to you.
Accuracy, compatibility and availability
AEHEA aims to present useful information, but catalog details can be incomplete, out of date or affected by changes at the source. Device support, controls, technology, ratings, tags and game availability may change without notice.
We may correct information, suspend access, remove a listing or discontinue any part of AEHEA at any time. We are not obligated to preserve a particular profile, category position or outbound link.
Privacy
The AEHEA Privacy Policy explains how technical information and privacy choices are handled on this site. When you continue to Y8, its privacy policy applies to activities there.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEHEA is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not make warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, suitable for a particular purpose, or that every listing or external destination will be accurate or available.
Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WEL and its affiliates, officers, employees and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from AEHEA, an external destination or an inability to use either. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed in your jurisdiction.
You agree to be responsible for losses and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of AEHEA, your violation of these terms or your infringement of another person’s rights, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes, termination and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version applies from the date shown above, subject to any notice required by law. Continued use after that date means you accept the revised terms.
We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect AEHEA, comply with law or respond to a breach. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Hong Kong unless mandatory local law gives you another right.
